• Additional security checks on top of your standard back-to-base monitoring
• Initial point of contact for your security firm, if needed

Emergencies: Will be quickly managed by me, and communicated to you if they arise!  For instance:

• Dealing with any unexpected issues, such as storm damage; security alarms being activated;
• Checking for water/plumbing leaks or problems, & solving any issues

• Double-checking & securing your property after service visits by your personal tradespeople
• Paying your cleaner/s & ensuring beds have been freshly made for your return
• Checking that your garden/pool contractors maintain your assets to your expected standards
